We do not have a return policy, which means that when the item is received it cannot be returned, except in one case, if the item is damaged due to shipping.
To be eligible, your product must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate and correct the problem.
The product is shipped at the buyer’s expense and upon arrival, it will be inspected.
If it is proven that the damage is due to shipping, the amount will be refunded within 7 days.
